85 Lansdowne is a concept store, envisioned as a place where one can get an entire look – from clothes to shoes, bags and accessories – under one roof. The building is a 75-year-old Bengali baari (mansion) of 5000 sq ft which was restored to its former glory and converted into a store. The atmosphere is engineered to make one feel right at home while shopping in a stress-free, luxurious environment.

85 Lansdowne opened in 2006 and has since grown to house 45 well-known designers from all over India and has evolved into a platform for talented young designers from Kolkata to make their mark in the world of fashion. It prides itself on promoting both established and up-and-coming designers.
