How to change/modify the billing address?

Ans-The billing address which you put for the first order and do not want the same as shipping address. If you want to change it, you can click on the box which shows my billing and shipping address are different.

How do I reset password?

Ans- If you just want to reset your password, follow the steps below:

  • Go to My Account
  • Login in your Account
  • Click on “Reset Password” then you can update your password.

How can I check my Order?

Ans- If you want to check your Order details, follow these steps:

  • Click on My account
  • Then Sign in or Login with username and password.
  • Then you get Order details and check your details.

How do I apply Coupon Code?

Ans- If you want to apply coupon, then at the time of placing order you will get one coupon box and you have to click on that box.

Apply coupon if there any code available put that in box and you can get benefits accordingly.

Do you restock sold out items?

Ans- If an item is marked as “Sold Out”, we suggest you to check the site frequently in the next two weeks in case it restocks. However, if it does not restock within few weeks, it is likely to be removed from our online store.

Why can’t I log into my account?

Ans- There could be several reasons.

  • Most of the time is that you have entered the email address or password incorrectly.
  • If you can’t log in you could reset the password. Click “Sign in” on the top right corner of the homepage, then select “reset password” enter your registered email address in the provided box and you may receive the email to create a new password with the link.
